WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?
We ship our products across Canada.
HOW IS SHIPPING DONE?
Packages are prepared and ready for shipment within a maximum of 72 hours (business days).
Packages may be delivered with different carriers, depending on the estimated delivery time to the customer's address.
Note: For the Islands and Northern regions of Canada, note that only Canada post is used.
IN YOUR SHOP, YOUR PRICES ARE DISPLAYED IN WHAT CURRENCY?
All our prices are in Canadian dollars$.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE SHIPPING RATE?
Once th product is added to your cart, click on the cart logo and proceed to checkout. Just before the subtotal, you'll see the shipping calculator. Simply click on the small arrow to enter your postal code.
IF I DON'T SEE MY TRACTOR MODEL LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF A DESIRED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
It is important to communicate with us (before any purchase), so that we can verify your dimensions and see if the product is suitable.
IF A DESIRED PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE, WHAT DO YOU ADVISE ME?
We suggest you contact us so that you are notified as soon as the product becomes available.
WHAT ARE YOUR INSTALLATION VIDEOS USED FOR?
In order to reduce our ecological footprint, we have replaced our instruction sheets for the installations of our products with videos where customers can more easily understand the steps of the various installations.
